If you use the enquiry/quote form on this website, you may be asked to provide:

The form also includes a note of which page it was sent from (the homepage or the Contact page). We don’t ask for any other personal information through this website, and we don’t collect payment, financial or other sensitive details here. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in the description box.

3. Why We Collect It & How We Use It

We only ask for the details we need to understand your roofing enquiry and get back to you. Where you provide information to us — whether by phone, by email, or through the website’s enquiry form — we use it to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Discuss the roofing work you’ve asked about
• Provide quotations or information you’ve requested
• Communicate with you about services you’ve asked us to carry out
• Keep appropriate business records where necessary

4. How Enquiry Form Submissions Are Delivered

This website doesn’t have its own database. When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service, which passes the submission to us by email at info@peakperformanceroofing.ie.

This means FormSubmit processes the information you enter in order to deliver it to us. As part of handling the submission, FormSubmit may also process technical information such as your IP address. FormSubmit handles this information under its own terms and privacy practices, which you can find on its website.

If you’d prefer not to use the form, you can contact us directly by phone or email using the details above.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide any services you’ve requested, maintain necessary business records, and meet any applicable legal obligations. We don’t keep information for longer than these purposes require.

Enquiries sent through the website form arrive in our business email inbox, and we keep them only for as long as they’re needed for the purposes above. Any copy handled by FormSubmit is subject to FormSubmit’s own retention practices.

6. Sharing Your Information

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t pass your details to advertisers, marketing companies or data brokers.

Some service providers process information on our behalf so that the website and our communications work. This includes FormSubmit, which delivers enquiry form submissions to us by email (see section 4), our email provider, and the company that hosts this website. They receive only what’s needed for that purpose.

We may also disclose information where we’re required to by law or to a lawful authority — for example, in response to a valid legal request.

7. Cookies & Advertising

Google Ads tag — only with your consent. This website uses a Google Ads tag (from Google Ireland Limited) to help us measure how our advertising performs — for example, whether visitors who click one of our ads go on to contact us — and to help show relevant ads. The tag can set advertising cookies and send information about your visit to Google.

The Google Ads tag is not loaded at all unless you choose “Accept advertising cookies” in our cookie banner. Until you accept, and whenever you reject, Google’s consent settings for advertising storage, analytics storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation all stay set to “denied”.

At present only the Google Ads base tag is used. It doesn’t record a specific “completed enquiry” conversion event, and we don’t use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Meta/Facebook Pixel or any other tracking tools. If this changes, we’ll update this page.

Your choice is optional. Rejecting advertising cookies doesn’t affect how the website works, and you can still use the quote form, call or email us as normal.

Changing your mind. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the Google Ads tag won’t load on your later page visits, and we try to remove Google Ads cookies set on this website’s domain. Some cookies Google set while you’d accepted can’t reliably be removed by the website, so you may want to clear them in your browser settings as well.

Remembering your choice. To remember whether you accepted or rejected, we store a small note of your choice (and the date you made it) in your browser’s local storage under the name ppr_cookie_consent. This is needed to respect your choice, isn’t used for tracking, and isn’t sent to us or to Google. We’ll ask again after 12 months, or if you clear your browser storage.

The quote form is separate. Enquiries sent through the quote form are delivered by FormSubmit as described in section 4. That happens whether or not you accept advertising cookies, and your cookie choice doesn’t affect it.

8. Hosting & Technical Information

Like most websites, normal technical information — such as IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, and timestamps — may be processed automatically by the website’s hosting infrastructure as part of normal website operation, security and reliability. This happens at the hosting level rather than through any tracking script we’ve added to the site.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information you provide to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information appropriately, we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Under data-protection law, including the GDPR, you generally have the right to:

• Access — ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix information that’s wrong or incomplete
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information where we no longer have a good reason to keep it

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when the website’s functionality or our privacy practices change — for example, if we change how enquiry forms are delivered, or if new advertising or measurement technologies are introduced.
