Dry verge is a mechanical fixing system used along the roof edge instead of traditional wet mortar bedding. It’s a more modern, low-maintenance way to secure the end tiles along a verge, and it’s often used when re-roofing or replacing an older mortar-bedded verge that has started to crack or fail.
